NJOROGE REGERU
Njoroge Regeru is the founder of the Firm. Mr. Regeru graduated from the University of Nairobi in November, 1985 with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours – Upper Division) and, thereafter undertook postgraduate studies at the Kenya School of Law where he qualified in September, 1986 with a Diploma in Law. On 13th October, 1986 he was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. For his Masters in Law programme, Mr. Regeru specialised in Company Law, International Economic Law, the Law of Finance and the Law of International Institutions. Immediately after enrollment as an Advocate, Mr. Regeru went into private legal practice, concentrating on litigation and commercial matters.
Njoroge Regeru is the founder of the Firm. He graduated from the University of Nairobi in November 1985 with a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours – Upper Division) and thereafter undertook postgraduate studies at the Kenya School of Law, where he qualified in September 1986 with a Diploma in Law. He was admitted and enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on 13th October 1986.
For his Master of Laws programme, Mr. Regeru focused on Company Law, International Economic Law, the Law of Finance, and the Law of International Institutions. Immediately after his admission to the Bar, he entered private legal practice, concentrating on litigation and commercial matters.
Mwangi Karume holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours – Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi, a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in European and International Law from the University of Bremen, Germany. He also holds a Diploma in German Language (DSH) from the University of Bremen and a Certificate in the Bullet Proof Manager Training Series from Crestcom International LLC, Denver, Colorado, USA.
He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, having been admitted in March 2003, and currently heads the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department. His practice specialises in banking and financial services law, cross-border practice, entertainment law, security documentation creation and review, and the provision of legal opinions on diverse matters.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Mysore – Karnataka, India, and a Post-graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
She is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, where she handles civil and general commercial litigation, debt recovery, immigration matters, succession, and employment and labour disputes.
Grishon is a graduate of the University of Nairobi, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree, and he also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on 21st December 2010 and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution Department, where he is actively engaged in civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, employment and labour matters, as well as arbitration proceedings.
Ruth Regero holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Africa Nazarene University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial, and Conveyancing Department.
She specialises in commercial law, property law, banking and securities, corporate law, and corporate governance, bringing a well-rounded and practical approach to legal advisory and transactional work.
Kendi Murungi holds an LL.B Degree (Honours) from Kampala International University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in March 2015.
She is attached to the Firm’s Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Department, where she contributes to matters relating to corporate, commercial, and conveyancing practice.
